Chance

A red headed girl name whose named Vance

With three hungry brothers took no chance

She hid all her goodies beneath her own bed

And wouldn't share with her brothers, it's said

Til she had to have pliers to zip up her pants.

Story telling was the theme,
with painted faces that would hopefully come clean,
The children sat in anticipation
to hear the characters with added punctuaion
And to their relief the story became what it seemed.
Okay, its early and my brian in still not functioning, so maybe I will give it another try later.
But I do know that red headed girl and I really like her!

It was a site to see
as surely it will be,
when this red headed girl on the bed
she laid while she used those pliers it was said.

I was there when the deed happened.
She was my playmate, my friend.
When she used those pliers on the bed,
That must be why her hair turned red.

A limerick shimmerick
what is a limmerick?
It is a verse very terse
A very terse verse
In five lines with a trick.

nedder, netter, was she a bed wetter?
her uncle said she was much better.
Nettskee she became
her uncle used it as her name
when at first she neglected the netter.
(who by the way only wetted a few times)

Andi, the blondie fantsy,
combed her hair like Nancy,
(who was pretty by the way)
then insisted on a cold pillow
or else she would throw a tansy!
(something similar to a tantum but they were cute little tansy's!) LOL :)

A limerick has five lines. Line one usually introduces a person or a place. Lines 1,2,3,4 have 9 syllables. Line 5 can have more than 9 syllables, usually Lines 1,2,5 rhyme as do lines 2,3

A true limerick was usually obscene. I hope we won't be going that way.
